A high-resolution photographic close-up of a dark leather-bound tasting journal lying on a linen-draped restaurant table, slightly open to reveal blank, cream-colored pages formatted with elegant, non-legible lines and circles for structured notes. Beside it, a single glass of golden white wine rests on a minimalist tasting mat, next to an antique brass pocket watch set near midday, subtly referencing the last-Sunday schedule. In the softly blurred background, an out-of-focus wall calendar with indistinct markings hints at organized events without readable dates. Gentle late-morning sunlight from the side creates rich textures on leather, paper, and linen, reinforcing a reflective, academic, and sophisticated atmosphere.

An overhead photographic view of a meticulously arranged restaurant table prepared for a formal wine tasting session of the Cercle Académique. On a pristine white tablecloth, numbered but text-free tasting place cards, neatly aligned empty crystal glasses, and a polished steel spittoon create an orderly pattern. A leather-bound notebook lies open with a fountain pen resting diagonally, the page blank of legible writing yet textured with faint lines. Soft, diffused daylight from side windows casts a serene glow, while dark wooden chairs and muted walls frame the scene. The composition uses clean geometric balance and sharp focus, conveying discipline, exclusivity, and the intellectual rigor of oenological and ampelographic study.
